Hi all,
I got a pink slip when I came to the US on my student F1 visa and so they gave me a stamping only for 3 years. I graduated from school with a thesis in three years and recently moved into the OPT period. I have my EAD card too. Now I want to go back to India for a family emergency trip - will they allow me to come back to the US on my OPT and the EAD card although my F1 has expired? Can someone help me out, please.
