Applying for F2 Visa soon, need help

I am applying for F2 visa, my husband is still studying and he graduates next year. We got married few months back.

I am currently working. Is it better to resign my job or can I say that I am on leave for few months?

Will officer raise the question of leaving my job?

Actually I am also working in private IT company . But my company is denying to issue me a NOC for my stay period I.E. one month in US. Please help is NOC compulsory or just salary certificate is enough for appearing for visa or at immigration ??
