Need help traveling during OPT STEM
Hi guys,
I am so worry now. Really need your help.
I joined a consultancy in 7 months (since i graduated). However, they were not able to find any client for me. So i had to find my own job.
Right now, I am having a job now. i am in OPT Stem. I have just received the 2nd EAD card from the government until 2018.
I am planning to go back home this Dec. However, when i ask the consultancy to issue an employment they dont want to give me cause i am not working for them.
I have to retake the interview to get new visa.
Will it be a problem ? I am only need the current employment letter or i also need the consultancy employment letter too ?
