EAD Application- How long will it take to get receipt?

I applied on Nov 3rd by paper filing. I didn't get the receipt notice or check didn't get en-cashed either.How long it takes these days???

9/19/16 new I20 Printed, application shipped via first class mail
9/22/16 the mail arrived @ USCIS
9/29/16 check was deposited and case was received
11/2/16 New Card Is Being Produced....
