visa dates

I just received my i20 this week. I found that the available VISA interview dates in the chennai consulate to be in september. I would require a date during july or early august.

I am not sure as to what can be done now.

Is there any emergency slot that I can avail off?

Can you please let me know of other alternatives so that I can have a VISA date booked.

i20 student dates are given seperate of other VISAs. In this case you can schedule an imergency appointment for VISA.
