M1 Visa Dealyed, not heard anything even after 10 day.

I already had an M1 visa, but I neded a new one because I got a new i-20. I was eligible for dropbox so I submitted my passport on the 8th of November, its been 10 days and I still haven't heard anything from the consulate or from ustraveldocs. Whenever I check the status on ustraveldocs website it says that my passport is still with the embassy/consulate. Has anyone ever experienced this before?

P.S- I already contacted ustraveldocs helpline, they said I just have to wait, they said that even they cannot do anything.
