  • F1 rejected 214b soon to apply for 2nd time

Hi there so the backstory basically is I dropped out from university and left the US in a timely manner and after half a year grasping with the depression of my failures while helping around with the family, I have decided to give community college a go in the US and hopefully with enough credits I can finish my associates and transfer to finish my bachelors. When I went for the interview the officer told me that she didn't find me qualified for the F1 visa despite having a valid I-20, proper financial documents and transcripts giving me the reason that she does not believe that I am a credible student. I understand the forums are a place for ridicule for a person who has failed like me but I lost sight of what I held that was important I didn't put enough effort into my studies and I regret it all, any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Here are some of the reasons I believe that might have caused me to be rejected:
    1) I applied to North Seattle College on a Language Training I-20 and hoped to change my major to Biology after doing their Commencement tests that will remove the need for me to do my TOEFLs again (past score 111/120). My student adviser suggested that I take the TOEFLs and get a Biology I-20 to better my chances of getting the visa along with showing my new scores to show that I am still a credible academic despite the previous failures. I did not mention to the officer at the time that I have a transfer document straight to Washington State University after one semester in North Seattle College.
    2) Despite being faced with the realities of dropping out I was stubborn and while out of status continued to study while hoping to improve my gpa and undergoing the reinstatement process with USCIS at the same time.

Already being rejected will make this an uphill battle because I wasn't prepared the first time. Any advice or any actions I can take so that I can realize my dream of getting a bachelors degree in the US will help. Note, I do not want to immigrate, at all.
