I really need your advice on my situation. So this is my story:
After graduating college in the UK, I came to the US to do my gap year on a tourist visa that I promted 6 months.
I loved the US, and I book to go home for Christmas and come back to have some more fun (as I have sufficient funds to sustain myself).
Is there any way I can get rejected access even if I have proof of funds? I was never involved in illegal activities.
Also, whilst here I decided to apply for postgraduates. So, I started my application (still applying for non-US insitutions).
Is this sneaky? Shall I let them know at the boarders when entering the second time on tourist visa?
Is there chance I get rejected for my student visa once I get accepted in college?
I am planning to go back in July and come back August on my tourist visa.
Looking forward hearing from you
