Sir/Madam,
I made a mistake on my I94 card issued at POE. I interchanged the positions of my first and last name. No spelling errors though. I managed to get a social security number . they are not issuing me a drivers licence because the name on the visa and I94 do not match with respect to the first and last name fields.
Can anyone please tell me how do i go about correcting this error on my I94.
