My stepdaughter, age 15, has dual citizenship - her mother is German and her father (my husband) is American. She moved here to begin high school last year and now her mother would like to move here to be with her during the remaining 3 years of school. Then, they plan to move back to Germany. (Fortunately, her mother and I get along very well LOL!) Is this possible? What type of visa would she need?
I didn't see "parent of US citizen" listed under types of visas - TIA for any help!!!
