Hi, I am a F1 status recently married to an US citizen. for the submission of birth certificate i have some confusions. I am a birth certificate from gram panchayat registered within birth year, but it has only my father's name. After some years in India birth certificate from gram panchayat was not acceptable, it has to be from Municipal Corporation. So there was late registration in the certificATE from Municipal Corporation. This one contains both my parents name. But since it's late registration I plan to provide my school certificate as secondary evidence. I am very confused which one to submit. Will I submit all three and explain the situation?? Please can anyone tell me? Thank you so much.
