Hello all!
Okay, I have been 3 years as F-1 student in the U.S, with only one spring semester to go to get my degree.
However, my I-20 expired (I submitted files to late to school), which results me being out of status.
My school is not helpful at all and I wonder what options I really have.
(1. Leave the country and come back later (summer/fall semester) (or not.)
(2. Stay here for 5/6 months and apply to another school for a new I-20 (summer/fall). Is this possible without trouble with law enforcement?
Note: My visa is valid till november 2018, and I guess if I leave I have to the whole process over again?
