I some people will be able to give me some help. Here is my situation:
I am currently on a F1 visa, doing my master. I am graduating in May 2017 And I found a job for the summer and one full time for the 2017-2018 year. I will have my OPT starting on June 1st for my first employer but my OPT will end on May 31 with my second employer. They do contract on a 10 months basics and I would need to sign a new contract to be able to work with them again the following.
My questions is the following: If my h1b application get accepted, am I allowed to sign a new contract with them even though my opt is ended? I know the fiscal year starts on October 1st but i am wondering if I would be authorized to work before.
