My F-1 Visa was revoked due to a DUI arrest, However, the court trial is still in process.
I am about to graduate in a few months and have filed my OPT.
Will my current situation affect my OPT application and subsequent STEM OPT extension?

Hi, I'm in a similar situation as yours and I'm extremely worried. Did you get your OPT approved? Did you answer the question in I-765 regarding the arrest/conviction history? Any information would be helpful. Thank you in advance and wish you all the best!
