Home Department of DELHI
Hi friends!
I'm applying for No return to India (waiver after J-1) and need your help on that. The guidelines says that we have to send attested document to Home department of state. I was born in UP, however since my birth we are living in Delhi and i have my voters card and Ration card from Delhi. I wanna know where should i send my documents to UP or Delhi. I think it should be Delhi, then what is the address of Home Dept of State (Delhi)?
Please help me with this.....This is driving me crazy
