I'm here on my F1 visa. My wife came here on F2 visa which is valid till 2010 and got her status changed to F1 to pursue MS, but she hasn't got her visa stamped yet as we haven't left the country. If she plans to go back to India over the summer, she'll have to get her visa stamped....is there any problems with this...I mean, can her visa get rejected? If so, then whats the alternative for her? I've applied for my OPT and am waiting for the EAD card...does this make any difference? Please help!!!
