  • F-2 visa denied several times with a prior terminated removal proceeding for F-1

I am a student in the US. I had a removal proceeding case but it was terminated by the judge in the court. Now I am legal in the US and my spouse tried several times and all times was rejected on 214-B section. On her last interview, she was asked by the officer if your husband has had any removal proceeding and she gave the termination document from the court to them. They did not accept the termination letter and her visa was rejected. My question is what document we should provide the embassy with (and from where) that shows I have been found innocent in the court. Any advice that help her to get the visa? I really appreciate your comments in this regard.
