Traveling outside the U.S with F1 Visa

Hi,
I would like to know if I will be allowed to travel out of the U.S for 2 weeks to my home country in June. I am currently in a community college and will be transferring to a 4 year school in September. My current visa doesn't expire until July 7 2017 and my program doesn't end until August 31 2017. I will just like to know if I'm able to travel for the 2 weeks in June and have no problem re- entering the country.
