Hi all, I am filling my form ds 160. I have a previous case of visa.
I have initiated H1b visa from my company in 2014. It went through the lottery and went into RFE stage where they asked for few more docs. I got rejected at RFE stage.
Now ( after 3 years ) when I am filling form 160 for F1 what should I give for this question regarding visa rejection? Yes or NO.
Note: I didn't go for a visa interview. My petition was denied before that itself.
