    Apply F1 and F2 together or not?

    My visa was rejected twice last year when I was 33 and divorced. VO asked me question on my divorce and few other question then rejected my Visa. I got married in September 2016. I now have the admit from the same Univ (UofA) and now applying for visa.

    Shall I apply for both F1 and F2 visa together or not?
