I am trying to make appointment to bring my wife in F2, I did my masters from US and am currently working. I am in OPT (F1). The problem is when I go to vfs-usa.co.in to make appointment for getting F2 visa I get two options that can apply to my case but I am confused which one should I choose.
First option is category 'spouse of person working in US'
Second option is Category 'spouse of a student in US'
Now, which one applies to me. I am technically on F1 (student visa) but I am working Full time ( I have completed my studies).
Please advice.
