Need advice on F2 visa

I am on OPT and am working full time for about last last 3 months. I want to go to india and get my fiancee here on F2 visa after marrying her. I got afraid after reading some of the posts in this forum that says that once OPT has started embassy officer would reject F2 application for your spouse. Please advice what should I do.

Bringing wife on F2 in my situation (when I am working on OPT) does it has very bleak chances of getting accepted. Please suggest?

I have also file H1 but I don't want to wait till my H1 is approved ( In that case I will have to wait till oct I guess)

Please advice.
