Hi,
I was arrested a month back for DUI. I co-operated with the police and took breath analyzer test which came .06 BAC. Because of the arrest it triggered a prudential revocation on my travel visa.
I have received a letter from DMV that there are no charges on me for DUI and my licence is clear. But my case is still not filed in court.
My issue is, that my Indian passport is expiring in another 5 months. I need to renew my passport.
Its asking me
> Are there any criminal proceedings pending on my in any court in India or US?
Should that be yes or No?
Also Is it possible for me to renew my passport here in the US at this point of time?
Any sort of help would be appreciated.
