Maintain status after opt expires.

My opt extension is expiring in june.
is there any way i can maintain my status after it expires.

i also read somewhere that i can Enroll in programs (not MS, MBA or PhD) to get I-20 to maintain status.
Can you please suggest the courses with which i can maintain my sevis and get I-20 to maintain My status.
