How accurate is the immihelp's database of approved schools - http://www.immihelp.com/sevis-approv...ools/search.do ?

I cannot find some schools that are listed as SEVP-certified on https://studyinthestates.dhs.gov/school-search

Is there some additional criteria that makes school disappear from immihelp's database? Or is it just out of date?
