DS-160 Immigration petition question.
Q: Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?
My aunt has filed a i-130 petition for alien relative for my mum , does that means that it is filed on my behalf? because i believe Petition cannot be filed for Nephews only siblings/spouse etc. Do i say yes or no to this question?
