Hello,
I applied for a nonimmigrant student visa (F1) in the US Consulate General Munich, Germany on 24 March, 2017. But after 4 months of administrative processing, they replied that, my visa has been refused under section 221(g) of USA Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). I then deferred my admission for the next semester. Now, I want to apply again for the F1 visa in the US Embassy Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Can you please tell me what is the possibility of my obtaining visa in the 2nd attempt given that first time my visa was refused under section 221(g)? Can my visa case be again placed under administrative processing?
