Travel on valid OPT while H1 is under review: Urgent
Hello,
I am currently on OPT and OPT expires on May 2019. My H1B is under review. I HAVE to travel to India on Oct 20, 2017 and planning to return on Nov 20. Please help me with the following questions:
1. Assuming worst case, if H1 is not approved till Nov 20, please suggest whether there will be issue while entering USA.
2. If I am not allowed to enter, can I go back to India and enter with H1 approval?
3. If H1 is approved while I am in India, can I get the documents mailed so that I can enter USA with H1?
