Hey all
So I'm pretty new to this immigration and visa stuff so help me out. I'm a US citizen and my girlfriend who I met in college is from a small country, Kosovo, which is barely recognized by most other countries. As soon as we started getting serious she had to return to her country due to her F1 visa. The distance has been tough but she does plan on returning when I graduate in May. So I have 2 questions. First what is the likelihood of her returning to the US. She does plan on doing her masters here. I'm not sure which visa she would try to get because it is so far away. Also with her current visa she can only stay for 6 months at a time. Which brings me to my second question, which is how do I get her to stay. 6 months is a very long time when you love someone. I've been doing a lot of research on this subject lately and I know I can apply for a fiancé visa but marriage is our last option. I'm only 23 and she is 21. She speaks perfect English. But she did delay one of her flights in order to stay here with me and I'm not sure if that can hurt her chances of getting another visa. I want to use this forum as a source for more info. So please only respond if you have useful information
