Hi all,
My husband now is a PhD student with F-1 visa. I'm a student in France and having a F-2 which will expire in this 28 Nov. I obtained this visa last year and stayed in the US for around 3 weeks with my husband this Feb, so at that time, I couldn't have waited for the travel signature in my I-20 (the appointment for signature just received after I was back to France). There is only a stamp on my F-2 visa indicated my entry date, nothing proves the date of exit (no stamp for my entry to Europe since I have resident permit card)
My question is, if I want to go back to the US after 28 Nov, I need a new visa, can I use the current I-20 (which I used for previous visa)? Is there any problem without any signature track on it?
Thanks a lot.
