What are legal complications of Working more than 365 days on CPT

Hi Guys,

I have enrolled myself in a masters program which offers CPT from week 1. I wanted to understand what would be the legal complications if I work for more than a year on CPT? My spouse's GC is about to be filed, so just making sure I am well aware of things.
