F-1 Visa ( OPT) DUI first offense
Hello,
I am recently convicted with DUI first offense . I am on opt right now so what would be the possibility of visa revoke/deportation . If i apply for H1b (or) F-2 (or) university admit, What would be the possibility of getting H1b approval (or) f-2 / university admit. I pretty sure that i need to attend visa interview if i go to india but i am more worried about my current situation while i am in usa. Please share your thoughts and let me know the possibilites to maintain vailid status in usa. My opt expires in aug 2018 .
