Hello everyone,
I am currently on my STEM OPT which expires next year in November. I married my girlfriend who is a US citizen in October. She has been living in Taiwan since, August on a Fulbright scholarship and won't be back in the US till June next year. I intend to visit her in December for Christmas and new years. My question is Will I face any trouble at the immigration when I return back to the US? Do I need to tell the CBP officer that I was visiting my wife in Taiwan? Please advice. We haven't filed for my green card yet and will figure that out sometime next year after she is back.
