Hello everyone. I have a rather typical case. I completed a masters degree in the US and got a job on my OPT. Towards the end of the completion of my OPT, I enrolled for another master's degree and finished it in October 2014 as per the school records. But I left the country in May, 2015. I am now applying for a PhD program and received a 221g (administrative processing) when I went for my visa interview. My questions are:
1) Did I overstay in the US after the completion of my course?
2) Is this why I have been handed over a 221g form and asked to fill out a questionnaire via email?
