I am applying for H4 to F1 cos.I have enrolled for MS in CS at a US state university. I20 start date is Jan 4,2018.My h4 visa expires on June 30,2018.I would be submitting my COS application in another 2 days and I hope my application would reach before Jan 4th.My doubt is would submitting my cos application so late be an issue or do i need to submit a new i20?
