Questions regarding H-4 to F-1
Hi,
I am currently on H-1B with approved I-140 and my wife is on H-4 with approved EAD.
Since she is planning to apply for MBA for Fall 2018, I have few questions regarding H-4 and F-1 visa (I have looked everywhere, but could find concrete answers):
1. Can someone who is on H-4 apply for F-1 and be on both Visa at the same time?
2. What are the implications on the green card if one changes from H-4 to F-1?
3. Can someone who is on H-4 apply for F-1 after one year of education (i.e. middle of the school year) or its required to apply for F-1 right after admit?
4. Is I-120/proof of financial documents required on H-4?
Purpose: The purpose of asking these questions is to find out best solution which allows my wife to do her internship and get employment during/after her education
