I was on an F1 student visa and then worked on OPT for one year. Then my employer sponsored my H1B visa and I worked for two years. The company was moving to Germany and so I applied to Ph.D. schools and got admission in a good university and applied for a change of status in the US. The change of status was approved in 2-3 weeks after I started school so I kept H1B until then n kept working and attended classes. Its been two years I'm in school now and planning to travel to India in next 2-3 months and have to get visa stamping.
Is it okay to travel? Any risk of visa denial?
Does anyone have any experience or suggestions of what questions to expect?
Would there be any possibilities of the dual intent of staying back in the US?
