I am on H1B visa and my daughter is on H4 visa. I am planning to change her to F1 status as she will turn 21 in about 2 years and the EAD backlog is also about 2 years for EB2-India. In case, if I get EAD before my daughter reaches 21 years, will my daughter be eligible to get EAD, if she is on F1? Or do I have to change her back to H4 to get EAD? Please advice.
