Visa interview waiver eligibility for F2 dependent kid

Hello,

My husband is F1 phd student and my daughter (7yr old) is on F2 visa. F2 stamping is expired on Jun 2017 but have valid I20 till Dec 2018.
We (daughter & me) are planning to travel to India.
Is she is eligible for drop off box for f2 visa renewal? or need to go for interview?
I have H1B visa. I need to go for H1 stamping interview.
If drop box is not an option for f2 renewal, Can I take her(for f2 renewal) along with me(H1) for interview with different category of visa stamping?
