I submitted an i-539 in September 2017 and California service center was responsible to evaluate it. I have been waiting to receive any response since then. Also, I requested two expedites but declined. After my last conversation with the customer service, they said my case is already overtime and does not need to send any expedite request. I need to wait another 45 days. According to online check, California service senter is now checking cases for October 2017. Therefore, my case should have received any responce.
