I started my program on H4 visa status in Fall 2017. I had applied for COS on Aug-2017 at VSC. But the COS is taking a very long time. Now I have decided to goto India for stamping in the month of April. I have a very good summer job offer from a very big firm and I do not want to miss the opportunity. Please guide me with (links to) previous experiences h4 to f1 visa stamping
