RFIE for EAD for address confirmation. Post office lost RFE response post. wat to do?
Hello,
Application for EAD received on 23rd October, 2017.
1. Received RFIE on 15th February which asked me to confirm my address at https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/displayCOAForm.do OR send a post stating my current address(Who gets a RFID for address confirmation?)
2. Anyhow, I updated my address on the above website and got a confirmation email as well. Also, responded to RFE with USPS priority post with certified delivery with my address proofs.
3. USPs tells me that the may have lost the package as it has not been delivered in 5 days.
Now I am stuck, my case is not moving at all based on online address update and my RFE response with original RFE notice is lost.
Q. 1. Can I send another response with copy of RFE and all other documents? How bad would that be!
2. Is there any other way to get my case moving?
Any help comments would be greatly appreciated in this frustrating time.
