Hi this is Ram i have a situation regarding my sevis, terminated twice first time due to my ill health and i filed for reinstatement and my case was approved and second time i have to file for opt by the end of my masters and i am still doing my thesis and also due to lack of communication between me and my DSO i fell out of status and i filed for reinstatement by transferring my sevis to Harrisburg university, during may 2017 and after 9 months period of time i received an RFE and my attorney is suggesting me to go to India for stamping.
Since this is going to be my second masters:
1. What are the chances of my second masters visa.
2.How should i prepare for my visa interview.
3. Is there any other way that i can consider Canada or mexico for stamping.
4. Any guidelines or any one has gone through similar situation will be really helpful.
Please help me regarding this issue, right now i am in lot of pressure please help me.
