Hello,
Can someone please help me with my COS from H4 to F1. Currently, I am on H4 but will turn 21 thus my H4 will expire on June 30, 2019. After doing some research it seems that it is taking longer than 10 months to get a COS. When should I start the COS process? Also, since the fall semesters don't start until August 2019 but my H4 expires on June 30, 2019 meaning it will have more than 30 day gap what should I do as I can't extend my H4 because I will be 21? Please help me I am getting really stressed about what to do.
