Where I should submit my I-539 form to USCIS ?

Hi all,

Could you pls advice me which address i should submit I-539 to USCIS ? Throug USCIS website, i think i should submit to USCIS -P.O. Box 660166 Dallas, TX 75266 . However, i found some post mentioned that the Cali Service Central handle the case of transferring from F2 to F1 . Could you pls help ? I currently located at Texas.
