I will like to know the penalty for submitting **** bank statement to the usa embassy during interview,I had my F1 visa interview last year December,during the interview the visa officer requested for my international passport,gre results and my sponsor bank statement which I submitted was asked by the visa officer if I am sure that every documents I submitted are genuine and I answered yes. And he told me that my application will be process administratively and that the consulate will get back to me through email.I later got an email after some days,but my visa was denied based on INA 214(A),My international passport and gre results were returned back to me,but they held onto my Father bank statement.Now I am planning to reapply but this time I will be going to the interviewed with my Fiance bank statement which is genuined.
