OPT -> FI again
Hi ...I was suppose to get my H4 this Oct, unforturnately that the quota filled up very early this yr in May. Which mean, my husband cant get the H1, either do I. But I have already planned to apply for Law school in 2007. And I will be taking the LSAT in Sept 30th. I wanna to find a way that I could stay in US before I finish my application form to law school. Is there any other way someone will know that I might able to stay e.g. OPT-> F1 ... Please... if someone can help me...
