F1 Visa Expire but valid I-20

Hi, my F1 Visa from my 1st Masters expires in June 2018, however, I have valid I-20 until August 2019 from 2nd Masters.

I would like to know if I need to get new visa stamping for my second masters?

Visas are only for entry. If you don't need to leave the US, you don't need a visa. How long you can stay in the US is determined by your status. F1 are usually admitted for D/S so your status lasts as long as you comply with the requirements of the status. You can transfer to another school and transfer your SEVIS record to the new school, and remain in status.
