I finished my associate degree at my college in spring 2018 and was accepted to a university from the Fall 2018 semester to earn a bachelor's degree. I just obtained the "Transfer Pending I20" from the International Student Office of the university. My current F1 visa (has the name of my college on it) will be expired in August 2, 2018. I have plan to travel back to my country to attend my sister's wedding ceremony so I will leave the US from June 26 and come back on July 24. The university semester will officially start in August 25. Could I re-enter the US with my new "Transfer Pending I20" although my current F1 visa has the name of my previous college on it. Is there any problem to enter the US like 8 days before the expiration date?
