Has anyone tried or know if I can go to Canada or Mexico to get H4 ro F1 stamp? since India would be costlier trip as well as date availability is far beyond months.
I read about long processing times for change of status from within US taking 9+ months, so going out of country and getting stamped would be another faster ootion.
